François-Xavier BOUIS
Chairman
François-Xavier Bouis has founded CFJC in 2003. He started his career in financial markets in 1987 at Caisse Centrale des Banques Populaires in Paris. He decided then to focus on Asset Management, where he occupied various positions through several French and International groups. He also contributed to the foundation and development of other small structures.
He graduated from the Political Science Institute in Bordeaux and holds a Master in Public Law and a Master in International Relations (Paris II).
Jorgen FAYE
Senior Advisor Nordic Region
Jorgen joined the advisory board of CFJC in September 2017. He has spent his career in finance and in the energy sector, both in banks and industries across Europe, with a focus on Nordic markets. Jorgen joined Crédit Agricole Indosuez in 1987, where he held several capital market positions until 2002, when he opened the French branch of Statoil, the Norwegian oil company. Jorgen then moved back to the banking industry at Merrill Lynch in London and Societé Générale in Paris. He subsequently joined DONG in Denmark, developing the company’s European natural gas business. He is contributing to CFJC’s development in the Nordic countries.
Amine HAMEG
Product Specialist
Amine joined CFJC as a Junior Analyst in April 2015 and he focuses his activity on Euro PP and Equity Private Placement transactions.
He also has some experience in Credit Research - Covered Bonds & SSA- department of Natixis CIB.
He holds a Master’s degree in financial and banking technics from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University. He speaks French (native), Arabic (native), and English (fluent).
Olivier SCHATZ
Senior Advisor
Olivier Schatz Senior Advisor, joined CFJC as a member of Supervisory Board of CFJC in 2011 and CEO between november 2012 - november 2015. He began his career in 1981 at the Ministry of Agriculture. In 1988 he joined the Credit National as the Director of Food-processing industries, before holding the position of General Secretary. In 1999, he was appointed General Secretary of Natixis Banque and successively directed the capital market activities of the Group in 2003 and in 2006, managed Natixis’ CIB. In 2009, he was La Banque Postale Chairman’s advisor, and then Head of Corporate Departement.He is graduate from HEC, IEP Paris and ENA.
Florian SCHNEIDER

Florian joined CFJC in June 2017. He was Head of Sales at MARSTON MOOR (specialized TPM) during 3 years in London and Europe.
Previously Florian was Head of Sales at Westhall Partners, for which he opened the Switzerland branch (2014). Before that, he worked 4 years as institutional sale in the London branch.
Florian started his career in Belgium at BNP Paribas Investment Partners (Fortis Investments).
He graduated from UCL - Université Catholique de Louvain – Belgium and UBI - United Business Institutes – Belgium.
Charles ROTHEY

Charles Rothey joined CFJC in 2012.
He has been Sales Assistant and Junior sales. He oversees more specifically the company’s marketing and communication, as well as all client events. In addition, he is in charge of the coordination within the sales team and with the partners on one side, and of the monitoring of the execution of each operation on the other side.
He studied economics at Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I University and is attending Management and Accounting courses at Intec-Cnam.
Cynthia LAFORGE
Assistant
Caroline De Moura joined CFJC in 2007.
She has an experience of over 14 years at Group Dresdner as Financial controller and credit analyst.
She holds a Banking and Finance degree from Paris IX Dauphine.

Charles-Etienne de CIDRAC
Charles-Etienne de Cidrac joined CFJC (Compagnie Financière Jacques Coeur) as a member of the Supervisory Board in July 2018.
He is currently a Director in the AXA Group and has held various management positions in Health Insurance and Employee Benefits (EB). He had responsibilities as the manager of an International EB Business Unit as well as at Corporate Headquarters.
Before joining insurance, he worked successively in Financial Derivatives Markets and Investment Management. After 2 years in the Institutional team of Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM), he joined AXA Investment Managers in 1999 and worked in different marketing and business development positions in France and in the UK. His last position was as Director of Institutional Sales for AXA IM Germany.
He is a graduate of ESCP Europe and Harvard Business School.

Bernard BLAUD
Bernard BLAUD began his career in the industry as an engineer. He then joined the banking sector where, for more than 30 years, he specialized in banking technology. Later he joined JP Morgan as Vice President. As a Regional Director for the Barclays/BZW group, he restructured the “global custody” product activity on continental Europe for the institutional customers. In 1998, Bernard joined the BNP Paribas Securities Services and took in charge the development in France. In July 2016, Bernard created his own structure, 2BUP, a platform dedicated to setting up projects aimed at new Blockchain & Marketplace technologies. Bernard BLAUD is member of AF2I and administrator for Investimo. He joined the board of CFJC in 2018.
Julien MECHLER
Julien Mechler has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Compagnie Financière Jacques Cœur since 2019. Julien is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and ENSAE. In 1994, he was quantitative manager at Société Générale. In 1997, Julien joined Banque Neuflize OBC, an ABN AMRO group, to create and develop the Multi-management business. He became Managing Director of Neuflize OBC Investissements with a focus on Open Architecture and Investment Solutions. In 2017, Julien created his own structure, Mechler Conseil, a strategy and development consulting firm dedicated to asset managers and financial players.

Michel GONNET
Michel Gonnet joined the Supervisory Board of CFJC in 2014. He worked at the Ministry of Economy and Finance from 1981 to 1998 as a Civil Administrator, first in the Competition Department (DGCCRF) and then in the DECR. He became the technical advisor of the Ministers of Economy and Finance before being appointed as Director of Public Accounting. In 1998, Michel joined the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations becoming successively Secretary General, Head of HR, Deputy CEO and CEO of C3D. In 2004, he joined the Groupe Caisse d'Epargne as CEO of Crédit Foncier de France and Director of the Regional Development Bank of the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne. He was appointed CEO of the Financial OCEOR in 2007 and Special Advisor to the CEO. Since 2010, Michel is President of Eudoxia Council.
Jean-Marie LAPORTE
Jean-Marie Laporte is Member of supervisory board of CFJC since 2011. Began as a Professor at the University of Montpellier, before joining BNP as an economist. In 1999, he runs the scandanavian office of Calyon and in 2005 joins East Capital, the specialist of emerging Europe in order to open and manage the Paris office.
Jean-Pierre THOMAS
Jean-Pierre Thomas is Member of supervisory board of CFJC since 2016. Before that he was Directeur of CARCDSF - Caisse Autonome de Retraite des Chirurgiens Dentistes et des Sages-Femmes.
Francis WEBER
Francis WEBER joined the Supervisory Board of CFJC in April 2016.
He started his career as a management controller for a large electronics distributor, then became the Chief Financial Officer of Reunica.
He graduated from the Political Science Institute of Paris.
